A major part of the ethos of the campaigning sector is collaboration – campaigns and charities working together as part of a coalition to change society and the world.

To acknowledge and to encourage this, The Right Ethos is offering a scheme of reduced fees to member organisations of coalitions looking for an efficient and effective way to recruit new members to their team.  We have the UK’s largest database of campaigners, parliamentary, policy and public affairs staff for the not-for-profit sector.

Briefly, this is how it works. If a placement is made by one organisation within a coalition, then for the next 12 months all other placements by its members will benefit from reduced fees. And the more candidates placed, the more the fees reduce for everyone, including the initiating organisation, up to a maximum of 8 placements.

This means that if over a 12 month period the coalition together placed 8 or more candidates from The Right Ethos, they could receive a saving of as much as 56% against the standard fees.

The Right Ethos has always worked on a “no placement, no fee” basis. And now, through Coalition Recruitment, the fees for placements can be lower for all campaigns or charities.

Coaltions involved include the Disability Benefits Consortium
