We begin each assignment by taking the fullest possible brief from our client, the employer. This will include a breakdown of the role and a list of skills, experience and personal attributes thought necessary for the job. The culture of the office is also important and consideration is given to the kind of personality likely to offer the best fit.
We then decide upon the method of recruitment. In some cases we may also draw upon our network of contacts to identify people to whom we would make a direct approach.
Having identified potential candidates, The Right Ethos conducts initial interviews during which applicants learn more about the job on offer. This also allows us to draw up a final shortlist of qualified individuals whose CVs, with their permission, are submitted to the client together with a brief report.
How to get the best selection of candidates for your role
We will attempt to work to any deadline that you supply us. We understand that
sometimes you cannot plan ahead and just need our support as soon as possible.
However, with 2 to 3 weeks notice, we can undertake a full search of our database and networks. This will allow us to systematically exhaust all options on your
behalf and guarantee that we are supplying you with the best possible talent
available.
This will give you the best value for money and maximise the chance of success for you.
Saying that if you simply don’t have this time then we have found, interviewed and
recommended candidates successfully for roles within 2 days of accepting the
assignment.
