Head of Campaign – £45k – full-time – central London
The organisation:
A human rights campaign – this work is specifically on young people’s rights
The role:
To lead and manage a specific campaign for the organisation. This includes developing & implementing strategy.
To publically represent the campaign to government and in Westminster
& Whitehall and to the media.
To manage a team of 7 campaigners to work with contacts in the public and charity sectors.
The candidate:
An effective and successful campaigner who has authority.
Someone who is savvy enough to succeed in a results led and fast moving environment. And is bright so that they can learn quickly and use the information – but can also take direction when necessary.
Has first class communication skills and able to move in comfortably and confidently
amongst senior external people. And equally able to manage and support their
staff to maximise the effect of the campaign.

Deputy Director – £35-45k – central London – full-time, 2 year contract
The organisation:
A justice campaign
The role:
A new role with a small campaign. To work alongside the Director, who works part-time, to develop & drive this winnable campaign forward.
To deputise for the Director – externally and internally – maintaining close relationship. And the able to have the gravitas to represent the campaign at external
meetings, conferences and events.
To lobby, campaign and have a media & communications role.
The candidate:
Has significant public affairs & parliamentary experience alongside the ability
to respond to and develop the press and media.
The ability to oversee the daily operations of the campaign and to be involved with
whatever is necessary for the good of the campaign.
A demonstrable ability to fully understand new campaigns together with a real
passion for what the campaign is looking to achieve.

Campaign Manager – £37-40k – central London
The organisation:
An animal welfare campaign
The role:
To plan, implement & develop one of three areas of campaigning priorities
To lead the campaign strategy and annual campaign plans. And to lead the team of 7 as well as be a hands on campaigner.
Co-ordinate the work internationally with colleagues creating project teams where necessary
The candidate:
A successful campaigner from any sector – but with a proven ability to achieve
real change.
The ability to design campaigns and use whatever appropriate tactics are needed to win sustainable change.
The ability to lead and manage staff occasionally working remotely and to delegate confidently.
