Candidates provide us with a CV detailing their work experience, specialist knowledge and, most importantly, their career aspirations and salary requirements. They tell us the organisations they want to work for and those they would not consider. Also, the type of job and level that they wish to attain.

For many people, they never know when their dream job will come up.

The Right Ethos can help and will tell those registered with us when a job which matches their attributes comes around. And we can help to give candidates their best chance of getting it with the best advice and our expert knowledge of the employer.

There is no charge for registering as a candidate. All personal information is held in strictest confidence in line with our code of practice.

Please tell us what pattern of work you would consider. Most roles are permanent and full-time. But tell us if you would consider, or prefer, any positions that are part-time, temporary, interim or freelance.

Showing the right ethos to our candidates

Our goal is to reply to every single email from candidates – we’re not at 100%, nearer to 97%.  We believe that it’s important to treat everyone with courtesy including those candidates for whom we may not have suitable opportunities.

For some candidates who we can’t help, we tell them about our career coaching service.  This is an additional service for which we charge a small fee and it can be of real benefit to those who choose to take advantage of it.
